Dr. Geeta Bansal, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Geeta Bansal, MD, is an ivy-league trained, triple board-certified Neurologist and Psychiatrist with a primary focus in Neurology and Psychiatry. She, and her team, serve adults of all ages at A Ray of Hope: Great Lakes Institute of Neurology and Psychiatry, located in Libertyville, Illinois. 
Seanra Kalil, PA-C

Chief Clinical Officer

Seanra Kalil, PA-C, has been a certified physician assistant for over 20 years with experience in several different specialties including sports medicine, allergy, gastroenterology, and research. Seanra also has a Master's in Art Therapy and believes in the importance of counseling in conjunction with medications. Seanra assists the Northwestern University Physician Assistant Program with its application process in her free time. She greatly enjoys being part of the administrative team as well as her provider role. Seanra is licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Arizona.

Dr. Shannon Winans, Ph.D

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Shannon Winans completed her undergraduate BS in Psychology at the University of Arizona and earned her PhD in Counseling and School Psychology from Northern Arizona University. She further honed her skills during her APA Internship at the Department of Hawaii, Kauai High School. Dr. Winans offers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She works with individuals aged 16 and up, treating conditions such as Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, and Insomnia.
